Inverted Playlist Challenge: Fireflies - Owl City

Well, anytime I hear Owl City I can't help but think lots of color and quirky selection of articles of clothing. Well, I decided to play with all the cool colors because the song is about seeing fireflies, and well, you only see them at night, so I played with the concept a wide array of blues and purples at the end of a sunset. A summer night kind of concept.

I woke up this morning and just had a spontaneous urge to listen to the Beatles. Beatles Beatles Beatles everything. Well, I felt like I had to do a Beatles-ey outfit to fit the occasion. The seventies came more in mind for me, primarily Across the Universe and their depiction of The Beatles music in that period of time. Day Tripper was probably before their hippie days, but I went with their later interpretation.

Well, now that I am done I am very very sad because I have no musical inspiration to make outfits...so with permission, I am doing the music playlist challenge that I assigned my sister over at I Get Dressed, with a bit more liberty so to speak, so here's the lineup:
