Merry Belated Christmas!

Merry Christmas! Good to be home where it is thirty degrees warmer and I can wear opened toe shoes.

Did I Dissapear?

For all those wondering what in the world happened the last two weeks, I will tell you:

first of all, it snowed, and setting a camera on the ground to take a picture was a bit difficult, and then all I could stand to wear outside was my trench coat, so I figured that would not leave for a very exciting picture.

Next, Finals. Nuff' said.

Finally, laziness. I got home and on break, but I didn't bring any clothes figuring I would restock while I was home so I have been minimally motivated to think up a cute outfit.

But on other report, here's what I have in store for Move To Another Beat:

New Name....still same link (eclecticrocking.blogspot.com). But I want something a little more eye catching or appealing with the title.

And with a new name comes a new face. Yes, I have wanted to redo this blog for months now, once I come up with a plan I will execute it.

New Year Style Resolutions...every year, I hope I do this...I need to check last years.

So hang tight, and here's two pictures to compensate for my two weeks absence...hahahaha. I cry at the quality picture.

Goodwill does not dissapoint :)

10$ at goodwill, not sure how old this dress is but it sure looks the part. Anywho, I'm one of those people who believe that very special clothes can make things happen, or cause luck, and this dress I have worn twice this week and have had a lot of positive feedback from my peers...so yeah, go Goodwill!

No joke this business club had a very redundant name, but the dinner was awesome and it called for business casual, which made me excited because I don't have many reasons to dress up anymore.

I think I barely paid any attention to what I was throwing on or what I look like, but looking back at it now...I think this outfit looks like one that my current favourite artist Kate Nash would probably wear. She's a growing fashion inspiration for me, whether it be by the quirky dresses she wears or by the lyrics she writes.

I was not feeling good, as demonstrated by the look on my face. I was only up and dressed so I could go to church, then I promptly came home and took a nap.

I Am Missing

This outfit reminded me of Dashboard Confessional for some reason, I think it's because Chris Carabba in one of his music videos is wearing a double breasted black jacket and it was kind of cold outside both in his video and reality. Not to mention I suddenly got DC's music stuck in my head that day. So cheers to an old favorite.
